Returns

We hope you love your Architecty Studio purchase, however if you’re looking to make a return then we are happy to offer a partial refund of the purchase within 14 days of your order. The shipping fee will be deducted from the original purchase funds.

Please email hello@architectystudio.com confirming what you would like to send back and the reason why, alongside your order number and we will arrange the return.

Refund conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in good and saleable condition.
• We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
• Architecty Studio does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
• Please be sure to include your order number when returning the item and send us an email as well
• There will not be any returns accepted outside the stated time frame.
• Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
• Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
• Architecty Studio  does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
